"How do we start?"

Blecua’s story was born there, because behind that simple question there was a lot.

Behind it was everything.

Enthusiasm for practicing a different kind of law. Hours of experience and a lot of effort. New ways of dealing with clients. A modern law firm, respectful of what we have learned from our elders. A solid and exciting life project.

A shared dream was born and christened as Blecua Legal

Our vision

Blecua Legal is the project of four good lawyers who one fine day in March 2010 decided to commit to a shared way of practicing law. Four lawyers, partners and friends who, by chance of life, share the same professional and personal DNA. Four people who chose the same leitmotiv for their law firm: “A job well done”.

Blecua’s “job well done” sums up their professional philosophy, but also their way of understanding this traditional trade.

A trade that has led them, for example, to know the composition of certain construction materials, and how their porosity reacts in one way or another under different circumstances. Not because they have read it in a guidebook, but because they have seen it react in the field. With helmet included.

Is there anything worse than not being able to contact your lawyer? By definition, we have to be on the scene at delicate moments, when we have to be there. Whatever it takes. Only when you get close enough to the client are you able to anticipate and avoid going through those moments, or to do so with the maximum guarantee of success.

It is a question of trust, trust that is earned by walking together. And by demonstrating.

Trust gives peace of mind, which is what you are looking for when someone resorts to a legal service. Tranquility understood as absence of worry, tranquility to dedicate oneself to the business and to make everything run smoothly.

Peace of mind knowing that you are in good hands.

Blecua Legal dedicates the necessary time to each case, as much time as it takes, because the time we dedicate is time you gain.

Time for you, for your company, to think about how to move forward and create value, how to offer better products or services. Exactly the same thing we think with our firm. Our clients have entrusted us with their time, and for us there is nothing more valuable. That’s why we take our work so seriously, that’s why we don’t restrict our hours or set the timer.

Our commitment is to help you, we get involved until we find the best solution, the one that works for each client. Each challenge stimulates and motivates us, and experience confirms that we are not doing it wrong.

Internal team, management, suppliers, competitors. Making the gears work is a complicated task. It’s your job.

Ours is to help you when one of the pieces fails. To be there to fix it before that failure is irreparable. And, when it is, to make sure it doesn’t affect the machine. Because the machine, your company, has to keep running. And that’s a big responsibility. That’s why we are demanding. That’s why we take care of the quality of our service. That’s why we pay a lot of attention to the whole, to the environment, to the market, to the competition, but also to every detail. That’s the key for us, what allows us to stay ahead. This means that we have done our job well, that the team’s efforts have paid off and, above all, that your gear will continue to run smoothly. It shows that you made the right decision by putting your trust in Blecua.

Above and beyond lawyers, they consider themselves people. That, and when you call them, they answer the phone.

This is how they explain it to each member of the team before they join the firm. They tell them about their vocation for client service, how they try to ensure that their way of working leaves a mark on future generations and contributes to a better society, they talk to them about the importance of the word given, respect for the other, and the social function of the profession.

For them, joining Blecua is a question of attitude -every member of the team shares their philosophy and applies it on a daily basis-, and of aptitude, since they do not understand a relationship with the client that is not based on excellence, quality and rigor as guidelines for action.

And so they have been growing, in a sustainable way and with head, to form a team of about twenty lawyers proudly led by the four current partners:

Almudena Jiménez Ruiz-Gálvez, Gonzalo Ruiz-Gálvez Jiménez, Juan Portanet Núñez and Teresa Rebollo Mosquera.

A team that has engraved in its DNA the mission to provide the best service to both a small SME and a large international company. A team that does not know how to do it any other way. That only understands “a job well done”.

José Luis, Carmen, Carina, Cristina, Santiago, Paloma, Blanca (…) are part of that team that goes every day to the office, or wherever it is necessary to go; but to them we must add experts, doctors, architects, economists, auditors, engineers, or the professional profile that requires the customized solution that each client needs.

Whatever is necessary to offer a quality, personalized and committed service.
